Customers who used Legal & General's online service will benefit from a shortened activation journey if activating before 30 November 2020.

Where can I find these?

Your transferring policies will move from Legal & General to ReAssure on 7 September 2020.

You can activate your ReAssure Now account from 9 September 2020.

If you have policies that will remain with Legal & General, you'll continue to use their existing online services for those policies. If you have any questions about your transferring policy before 7 September please contact Legal & General.

Where to find your code

You need the personal invitation code we sent you recently and a transferring (contract) policy number. You can find your policy number in the letter Legal & General sent you.

If you activate before 30 November 2020, because you were an existing online Legal and General customer you'll benefit from a shortened activation journey.
