ReAssure Now is our secure, online portal for viewing policy information.
If your pension scheme has been invited to set up a Scheme Super User account, it’s important that all Scheme Trustees are aware of what information is available on ReAssure Now for their scheme(s) and its members and who will be accessing it.

Before a Scheme Super User can be nominated, all Scheme Trustees should give their consent to the following:
• the Scheme Super User who will be nominated to look after their scheme information on ReAssure Now,
• the ReAssure Now Corporate Schemes Terms of Use, which provide more information. Acceptance of these Terms also forms part of creating a ReAssure Now account.

The Trustee completing the Scheme Super User nomination will be asked to confirm this on behalf of all other scheme Trustees.

Setting up scheme access
As a Trustee of a corporate scheme, you’ll need to consent to one of the Trustees setting up a Scheme Super User account. The Scheme Super User can be one of the Trustees, or someone else that the Trustees have collectively authorised to perform this role on the scheme’s behalf.

The Scheme Super User will register for a ReAssure Now account, and they’ll be able to view the scheme(s) and the associated members’ details and their policies. Over time, we’ll be gradually enhancing what Scheme Super Users can view and manage through ReAssure Now. This will include inviting Scheme Users, to help view and manage members’ policies, and inviting scheme members to create their own ReAssure Now account.

What information is available on ReAssure Now?

About the scheme(s)
The Scheme Super User (and any Scheme Users they set up) is able to view a summary of the scheme(s) they’re responsible for, and the details of the scheme(s) including:

  • Viewing all members in the scheme and searching for individual members
  • Reviewing members’ policies
  • Seeing personal details of each member to be able to check these are up to date.

About the policies
The Scheme Super User (and any Scheme Users they set up) will also have access to individual policy information, such as:

• Up-to-date policy values and fund breakdowns, with links to our Fund Centre for information about unit-linked fund performance, latest prices, fact sheets and policy-specific fund availability.
• FCA-compliant projected pension values to key ages.
• How much is paid to your members’ individual policies and how their money is used.

Managing schemes on the ReAct portal
If you currently manage scheme payments through our ReAct portal, you’ll continue to do so and have ReAssure Now access as well.
ReAssure Now isn’t replacing ReAct just yet, and your Scheme Handler will be in touch in nearer the time to talk you through any changes.
