What request are you sending us ID for?

It's important that you select the right option so that your ID gets to the correct team as quickly as possible

Type of Document

You don’t need to send your entire bank statement - usually the first page gives us all the information we need. Please make sure that it includes all of the following:

Your name and address
Your account number and sort code
The date it was sent (it must be in the last six months)

We just need to see the page of your passport that has your photo and your personal information on it and it must be current and not have expired.

We need the front of a photocard driving licence. We don’t need the paper counterpart (if you have one) and it must be current and not have expired. If you have an old style licence without a photocard, we can accept this as well.

We need the front of your ID card and it must include the following:

Your name, address and date of birth
A photo of you
Have been provided by a government agency
It must be in date

You don’t need to send your entire utility bill - usually the first page gives us all the information we need. Please make sure that it includes all of the following:

Your name and address
The date it was sent (it must be in the last six months)
