ReAssure Now Administrator Nomination and Access Form
Please complete this form to nominate the ReAssure Now Administrator for your company so we can invite them to register for ReAssure Now.

You’ll also need to confirm the type of access your company’s ReAssure Now Administrator and any Users will have.

You should only complete this form if you're a policyholder’s FCA registered financial adviser and you've registered your authority with us.

What you need to know

Wherever possible this form needs to be completed by two authorised company signatories, however we can accept one signatory if your company only has one relevant person. Signatories need to be holders of the positions shown below:

  • Regulated Director
  • Regulated Chief Executive
  • Regulated Partner
  • Regulated Compliance Oversight

We’ll validate all individuals using the FCA Register.

  • The FCA reference number you provide needs to be for your company’s main (principal) office that’s authorised by the FCA.
  • You must only provide business contact details for the ReAssure Now Administrator.
  • The business email address and mobile phone number you provide for the ReAssure Now
  • Administrator will enable them to receive notifications and manage your company’s ReAssure Now account(s). The ReAssure Now Administrator will need this email address to register for and access ReAssure Now and can’t change their email address during registration.
  • We’ll send a ReAssure Now invitation letter to the ReAssure Now Administrator named on this form at the company address you provide to enable them to register.
  • Changes to the ReAssure Now Administrator’s account will need to be made by your company’s authorised individuals.
  • Your company is responsible for adherence to the ReAssure Now Access Terms of Use, including telling us about any changes to the ReAssure Now Administrator or any changes that affect your ReAssure Now online accounts.

ReAssure Now Administrator’s details:

The ReAssure Now Administrator’s business address will be the address given above.

Access to ReAssure Now

The ReAssure Now Administrator and any Users will automatically be able to see the business contact details of other Users added by the ReAssure Now Administrator.

There are two different types of access to clients’ policy information available on ReAssure Now - Company and Individual and you’ll need to choose one for your company’s ReAssure Now Administrator and any Users

  • Company - The ReAssure Now Administrator and any Users will be able to see any clients that have been added to your company’s Clients on ReAssure Now, which user added them and secure messages that any users have sent about those clients. This is unless a User has been given access that’s limited to commission information only.
  • Individual - The ReAssure Now Administrator and any Users will only be able to see the clients that they have added to ReAssure Now and they’ll only be able to send and view secure messages that they have sent about those clients. If the ReAssure Now Administrator and any Users want to see the same clients’ policy information as another user, they will need to add the client to their individual Clients on ReAssure Now. They won’t be able to see another user’s secure messages about that client, only ones they have personally sent. This is unless a User has been given access that’s limited to commission information only.
